2. Refunds for Subscription Renewals

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly renewal payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items/Circumstances

Refunds are generally not granted in the following scenarios:

  • Lack of usage or simply changing your mind after the guarantee period.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

As Paddle is the Merchant of Record, they manage the refund process:

  3. Note: We will always approve valid requests that meet the criteria of this policy through the Paddle system.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved by us and processed by Paddle, funds typically take:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card: 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal: Approximately 48 hours to appear in your PayPal account.
